I can't believe I haven't posted since July. Where did all the time go? So much has changed since my last post. Of course, Scarlet is growing up to fast. Everyone told me it would happen. I have a FABULOUS new job as reading coach at my school. My wonderful husband has started and almost completed the most amazing remodeling project. I can't wait to post the pictures. Scarlet went to the pumpkin patch for the first time. Below I have posted the cute pictures of our family adventure.
Milestones in Scarlet's life.
*Scarlet is 5 months old today.
*She weighs 14 pounds 8 ounces.
*She was giggling by 2 months old.
*She was smiling and recognizing mommy and daddy by 3 months old.
*She started saying "Da Da" the first week of October.
*She started rubbing her eyes when she is sleepy at 4 1/2 months.
*She smiles all the time and loves kisses on the cheek and neck.
*She giggles when her daddy whispers in her ear, when I kiss her fast on both cheeks, during bath time, when we laugh, when she is bounced around, when someone sings/dances, and when her daddy picks her up in the air.
*She loves her bouncy seat, her swing, and playing on her play mat.
*She has just discovered her feet and plays with them constantly.
*She likes to take her socks off and suck on her feet.
*She loves outside and to hear birds.
*She giggles and smiles when birds chirp.
*She loves a bath and kicks water while playing with her rubber ducky.
*She is eating rice cereal with bananas and pears.
*She is eating a half a jar of squash at lunch.
*She has a FAKE cough that she uses to try to communicate with me.
*She loves to pull hair, glasses, and earrings.
*She blows bubbles and loves to touch peoples faces.
*She recognizes her mommy and daddy when we walk in the door and gets so excited.
*She started sleeping through the night at 4 months old.
